Wow! Take a look at this!
I guess this would be the most appropriate forum to post this... So I was looking at Ben Siegel's FB page and saw this pic.

What do you guys think it is? I guess he is at a show and saw this there, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on it! Think its a cross breed?

Re: Wow! Take a look at this!
Those are the infamous Cheyviridis produced by Eugene Bessette at Ophiological Services. (How many people here actually know that name??) Gene's "brand" of carpondro that stay ridiculously neon yellow. Though only the ones from the second clutch in 2006... the 2005 clutch seemed to darken up like other typical carpondros. They are 50% chondro, 25% diamond, 25% coastal.
He brought adults to a past Daytona expo (2009 maybe?).
(pictures by the guys at AAR)
He also had more neonates at Daytona last year.
(From Tom Crutchfield's FB page)
He does have more available this year as well for anyone interested.

Re: Wow! Take a look at this!
Nope, they don't have a website. Gene does have some of the most beautiful animals, I have been lucky enough to see them a few times now... I got to hand pick a couple of my animals from him, and have a couple other animals bought from a store that he did business with.
You cannot and will not be disappointed in ANYTHING he sells. That's for sure.

Re: Wow! Take a look at this!
Ben corrected me on his FB page, those aren't from Eugene, but an IJ x chondro cross.
