Craigslist Rescue :)
So I am thinking about rescuing this Boa from a nearby city. 100 bux for the snake and cage. I know you guys are the experts, so whatcha think? Ad says its a peach colored columbian ??
He is about 5 feet long and almost 2 years old

Ya. I sent him an email and he just got back to me. Its the only pictures he has. I was like wtf? Hopefully all goes well and I can snatch it up

There was a user here about a year ago that landed a gorgeous one for free, also off CL. I'd have dropped a Golden Egg.

This post made me curious about my local c list. I went on there today and there is a 3ft tarahumara on there. The only catch is that its aggressive. I am not interested in it but maybe someone else?

looks like a wild type boa to me too.. i dunno about pastel, but looks like a good deal for 100 bucks anyway (even without enclosure).
ive a question, is any craigs list acquisition considered a rescue by default?

My g/f picked up a decent looking baby Colombian on Craigslist yesterday for $20....you can find some good deals there every now & then, but theres mostly idiots dumping subpar animals there.

It's a pretty boa, but it absolutely annoys me when people say they're "rescuing" a snake they buy off craigslist. That boa looks healthy in that picture. Please don't down play "rescuing" something. If it's sick or is being neglected, call it a rescue.
If you're buying it because you want it, then say that.
