Someone pm'ed me so I will answer their question here. That is not condensation on the windows of his cage. He's very aggressive and really does not like to be misted, so some of the water from the mister got on the glass.

I just got him last wednesday and it started around Friday. Only this morning did it have blood in it.

he does look sad 
star, they can cough. when my burm had her RI I would hear her wheezing, but when we got to the vet she has her head resting on my hand and all of a sudden she coughed up some moucus it was terrible and I felt so bad also scared the crap out of me >.<

I'm sorry if I led anyone to believe that I had him for a long time. I have 2 lav tigers, and this one I recieved last wednesday from a breeder here in PA. I have dealt with slight URI in one of my retics before, but I have never had one that had blood in his mucus. He will be taken to the hospital in the morning, as I have no vets close to me that deals with reptiles or exotics.
